This part is about understanding why you do what you do. Which boat you are determines how you navigate life's waters daily.

Your life's Decisions (D) fall out of your the coupling of your Attitude (A) with your Beliefs (B), and the subsequent Choices (C) that come from them . If your boat is out of balance, this means your beliefs, and subsequent choices, are also out of balance. This section explains how your beliefs are an extension of your attitude, and how together they influence choices and decisions you make.
